How to unlock the Unown in Legends: Arceus

The Unown appear once Mission 8 hands you the Unown Research Notes. After you return the Wall Fragment to Calaba at Solaceon Ruins and befriend Ursaluna, go back to the Mirelands Camp: Professor Laventon spots an Unown A on your back, it flies off, and the notes join your Pokédex. Each entry there is a short riddle about one hiding place; the table above pairs every riddle with its answer.

Hidden Unown never move and never battle: walk up and throw a Ball. Most sit high up — on a tent, a mast, a pillar or a branch — so look up when you reach the place.
